About You:
We are seeking a fully licensed clinician to join our team and provide evidence-based psychological services to adolescents, adults and couples. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of psychological theories and techniques, be able to assess and diagnose mental health issues, and be able to develop and implement effective treatment plans. The clinician will also be responsible for providing counseling services, conducting assessments, and developing safety plans when necessary. We welcome a variety of clinical experience and evidenced based theoretical orientations.
Your Experience:
Clinicians should be licensed. Clinicians in pursuit of their clinical hours are welcome and supervision may be provided. Licenses accepted are LPC, LPCC, LAMFT, LMFT, ACSW, LCSW.
What You Will Be Doing:
· Maintain an average of 10 or more patient contact hours per week through in-person and telehealth sessions
· Diagnose and treat mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders
· Provide psychotherapy to individuals and families
· Develop treatment plans and monitor progress
· Provide consultation services to other professionals
· Keep accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment plans

We offer our full-time W-2 employees a very competitive compensation package that includes above average hourly rate, with no cap on your clinical hours.
